Registration fees

• Participants from member universities 160 €
• Other participants 190 €
• Presenters 120 €
• Students 90 €
• Accompaning persons 90 € *

The participants’ fee includes conference attendance, information folder, all documentation, coffee breaks, gala dinner (22 October), lunch (23 October) and closing dinner (23 October), transportation during the conference.

* The fee for accompaning persons includes all meals, transportation, documentation, but no conference attendance.

The participants’ fee does not cover hotel costs.
